We will then produce a series of Invisalign clear aligners, custom-made for your teeth and your teeth only, to move them little by little.  Each aligner is worn for 1-2 weeks before being replaced by the next in the series, gradually moving towards the projected final position. Starting Your Treatment

On the day you start treatment, we will carry out a thorough clinical examination to re-check your suitability for treatment and if necessary, recommend any pre-treatment work (for example, we may recommend that you visit the Hygienist for a thorough clean of your mouth before starting your teeth straightening)

We will also take photographs of your teeth and smile. Together with your detailed 3D scan, these will help our Invisalign® technicians to create your custom aligners.

Fitting Your Aligners

Once your Invisalign® clear aligners have been delivered to the Practice, we will get back in touch to arrange an appointment to fit your aligners and explain everything you need to know as your teeth straightening begins. 

We will provide you with a series of Invisalign® clear aligners to fit approximately every 1-2 weeks. You will be able to do this at home but we will arrange regular appointments during the course of treatment to check all is progressing as planned.

Invisalign clear aligners are nearly invisible so people may not even notice that you’re wearing these virtually invisible aligners, making Invisalign treatment a seamless fit with your lifestyle and day-to-day interactions with others. Conversely, the less complex the straightening, the less Invisalign aligners are needed. Consequently, based on the number of Invisalign aligners your dentist prescribes as needed, the price goes up or down accordingly.

On this basis, only an accredited Invisalign dentist or Orthodontist Provider is able to determine your cost. However, in the UK, prices for Invisalign treatment are generally between £3,000 -£4,500 (depending upon the complexity).
